FAQ - The new Holiday Park annual pass

1. Current Annual Passholders

I already have an annual ticket, is it no longer valid?
Of course! Your Holiday Park annual ticket remains valid as normal and you can continue to benefit from the extension offer after its validity has expired.

Do I now have an annual pass, an annual pass light or a premium pass?
Neither nor. You still have the annual pass that you purchased. For example, with the Plopsa GoldCard you continue to receive free access to all Plopsa parks and with the Holiday Park annual pass you can visit the Holiday Park on every opening day.

I have an online voucher, but no annual ticket issued on site yet. What do I do now? With your online voucher you can easily have your annual ticket issued at a cash desk in the Holiday Park until its validity expires. If you have a voucher for the Holiday Park Annual Pass (Junior), you will receive the new Holiday Park Annual Pass (Junior), with even more benefits! If you have a voucher for the Plopsa GoldCard, you will receive the old GoldCard under the old conditions.

Can I also use the new benefits with my “old” Holiday Park annual ticket?
Yes! You can also use the benefits from our over 70 partners with your old annual pass. Your old Holiday Park annual ticket is now worth even more. You can find an overview of all partners here. Please note that the Light annual pass is excluded from the benefits and is not accepted by our partners.

 

2. Extend annual ticket

I once had an annual pass. Can I benefit from the special offer (€90 instead of €120)? If your annual ticket has not expired for more than a year, you will receive the exclusive renewal discount on site at the Holiday Park ticket office or in the online shop. If your annual pass has expired a long time ago, you can take advantage of the promotion for €100.

How can I extend my annual ticket? The best way to extend your Holiday Park annual ticket is directly at the cash desk on your next visit. This is then valid for 1 year from this day. If you renew online, the term starts from this date and not from your next visit.

My annual pass hasn't expired yet. Can I still extend it? Yes, but this is only possible at the checkout if your annual pass expires within the next three months. Junior annual tickets cannot be extended in advance as the size is measured on a daily basis.

 

3. The new Holiday Park Annual Pass Light

Where can I see the exclusion days for the Holiday Park Annual Pass Light? The up to 35 exclusion days for the 2024 season can be found at www.holidaypark.de/jahrskarte/light/ausschusstage.

I have a Light annual pass. Can I upgrade this to a Holiday Park annual pass? No, unfortunately that is not possible. Of course, you can also purchase a new annual pass before its validity expires. The same applies to an upgrade from the Light annual pass and the annual pass to the Plopsa Premium Pass.

With the Light annual pass, do I also receive the extension discount on the annual pass or the Plopsa Premium Pass? Yes! If you have a Holiday Park annual light ticket and would like to switch to a normal Holiday Park annual ticket after its validity has expired, you can make use of the extension discount. The same applies to the Plopsa Premium Pass.
