Admission Price
The general admission ticket to Holiday Park entitles you to visit all of the shows, rides and attractions in the park as often as you wish.
Advanced Ticket Mailing
Advanced Ticket Mailing can be arranged for excursions of 100 persons and more from companies or local authorities and the like.
Advanced Tours for group excursions
A maximum of 3 persons can purchase "Advance Tour Tickets" at the group cash desk at the regular admission price. Upon presentation of these tickets when making the subsequent visit with a group, these persons are then admitted for free (only valid within one season).
Advertising material
Advertising material for family and group excursions can be ordered for free from our Marketing department (eMail: info@holidaypark.de or by calling 0 63 24 - 5 99 33 18.) Please give us your complete mailing address so that we can post the material to you without delay.
Baby Changing Rooms
Are available in several places throughout the park.
Birthday
If your are 18 or younger you are admitted to the park for free upon presentation of official ID (children can present a student´s pass or birth certificate) on your birthday. Birthday children who are 19 years or older get 50 % discount.
Blind Visitors
Are admitted for free. Accompanying persons pay the regular admission price.
Bus Transfers
Bus Transfers from Hassloch railway station to Holiday Park and back are operated several times a day by our Bus Transfer Service.
Individual travellers do not need to register. Groups of 15 and more persons must register at least 3 days in advance (Tel.: 0 63 24 - 59 93-3 18).
Tickets for the bus transfer from Hassloch railway station to Holiday Park and back are available from the VRN ticket vending machines at Hassloch railway station and others:

Bus transfer is included in the price of the purchased ticket for all guests with valid Rhine-Neckar Public Transport Syndicate (VRN) tickets and "BahnCard 50" holders (destination: Hassloch), i.e. there are no additional costs for bus transfer. Children aged 6 and under with a valid ticket and accompanied by an adult can travel for free in the VRN network, so the bus transfer to Holiday Park is free too.

Camper, Recreativial vehicles, Vans
Camper vans can park for maximum of 2 nights in the Holiday Park car park provided that the park is visited on the day in between (parking fee currently EUR 5.50 per night).
Camping
There are many attractive options throughout the region. Whether in Hassloch itself or on the German Wine Route, in the Odenwald forest or the Kurpfalz district, everything is wonderfully close at hand and easy to reach.

The Postbank cash point in the park accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Cirrus, EC Card International, Eurocard/Mastercard, Postbank Cash Card, Maestro, PlusCard, Visa Card.
Children
Shorter than 1 metre are admittted free. Many attractions and shows thrill the little ones at Holiday Park: the soft world "Holly´s Jungle", the Minicars, the Glacier Express, Holly´s Castle, the amusing "Holly Show" where the kids join in and now the new "Holly´s Children´s Land" with 3 new adventurous rides for children aged 4-8.

Crowds
The best way to avoid crowds is to visit the Holiday Park on those days when it is open from 10 to 6 pm.
Direction
From the west follow autobahn A6 to Kreuz Frankenthal junction, then take the A61 towards Speyer and exit at Kreuz Mutterstadt onto the A65 in the direction of Neustadt, exit Hassloch.
From the south follow autobahn A5 to Kreuz Walldorf junction, then take the A6 towards Mannheim and exit at Dreieck Hockenheim onto the A61 in the direction of Speyer; exit at Kreuz Speyer onto the B9 in the direction of Hassloch, exit Hassloch.
From the east follow autobahn A6 towards Mannheim and exit at Dreieck Hockenheim onto the A61 in the direction of Speyer; exit at Kreuz Speyer onto the B9 in the direction of Hassloch, exit Hassloch.
From the north follow autobahn A5 to Dreieick Viernheim, then take the A6 towards Saarbrücken and exit at Kreuz Frankenthal; follow the A61 in the direction of Speyer and exit at Kreuz Mutterstadt onto the A65 in the direction of Neustadt, exit Hassloch.
Dogs
Dogs are permitted if kept on a lean (do not leave them in the car under any circumstances!). The admission fee for a dog is Eur 2.00 (incl. dog set). Out of consideration towards other park visitors, dangerous fighting dog breeds (e.g. American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pitbull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers) are not permitted.
Eating and Drinking
The restaurants, cafés and snack points in Holiday Park offer a large and varied range of food and drink - everything from breakfast through snacks, international and local dishes to refreshing beverages. There are of course plenty of cakes and ice specialties, too!
Environmental protection
Environmental protection is very important to us. Only biodegradable, phosphate-free cleaning and washing agents are used and all waste is strictly seperated for recycling. Holiday Park has operated its own fully biological sewage treatment plant since 1982.
Events
Exclusive daytime and evening events can be held in many different rooms and areas within the park.

Food Vouchers
Groups have the option of purchasing vouchers worth either EUR 1.00 or EUR 2.00 or EUR 5.00 at the cash desks. These vouchers can be redeemed individually at our snack points and restaurants and in the souvenir shops on the day of your visit.

Leaving the Park
Leaving the Park while the cash desks are open: park control personnel apply a stamp to the visitor´s hand and admission ticket. Visitors re-enter the Park at the cash desk entrance.
After the cash desks have closed: a stamp is applied to visitors´hands and tickets in the souvenir shops at the exit. Visitors re-enter the park at the Information entrance.
Liability
The park will be held liable in the event of gross negligence or intent on the part of Holiday Park employees. Where groups of school children, young people or disabled persons are concerned, the duty of the accompanying persons to supervise also applies initially.
Lockers
Lockers for the safekeeping of motorycle helmets, back packs etc. are available to visitors for a small fee at the main entrance and at the GeForce Base Camp .
Lost Property
Office for lost and mislaid articles at the information Pavilion in the park (Tel. 06324/5993-0).
Luggage
Luggage such as bags/cool boxes etc. brought into the park may not be larger than 40 x 40 x 30 cm for security reasons.

Parking charges EUR 2.50 for cars and people carriers (up to 9 persons). Large busses and coaches park for free. There is a charge of EUR 5.50 per overnight stay for camper vans. There is parking space for 7000 cars and 100 busses.

Rail Travel

Rain
Although Holiday Park is made up many beautiful forest areas and open parkland, most of the shows, rides and attractions can also be visited in bad weather as they are staged in enclosed and covered areas.
